I’m Li Hua from Xinhua Middle School. Now I’d like to share my experience in practicing speaking English.
Firstly, I’m always confident and brave. I seize every opportunity to speak, not afraid of making mistakes which may embarrass me. Secondly, I find it of great benefit to take part in English corners, where I make many friends. By talking with them, my oral English has improved a lot. Finally, some English programs like CCTV-9 contribute to my progress in the ability to speak fluent English. Not only am I kept informed of the current events going on both at home and abroad, I also learn to speak with standard pronunciation and intonation.
Just as the saying goes, practice makes perfect. Keep speaking and your hard work will finally be rewarded.
